The Alpha websites look for your computer browser language and try to match the website language that way. Sometimes computers get it wrong. But it's an easy fix!

If you're on the general Alpha website, please add /en (for "English") at the end of the URL and it should redirect you to the website in English. Example:

alphacanada.org/en

If you're logged into the MyAlpha website, you can click on the language button in the bottom left-hand corner of the page and choose your preferred language. It looks like this:

1 - Under the logout / deconnexion button, click on the dropdown arrow next to the language that is currently displaying.

2 - The list of languages will pop up. Choose the language that you prefer. (example below)

You can also use the /en at the end of this URL: run.alphacanada.org/en

If you have any problem switching languages, or if this becomes a recurring problem, please let us know! You can contact us using the chatbox (bottom right-hand corner) or email us at support@alphacanada.org.
