The Alpha videos are exactly the same for all denominations and traditions! There is not a different set of videos for Catholic parishes.

However, for Alpha in a Catholic Context, the terminology to describe certain ideas may differ (eg. evangelization vs evangelism). Alpha works well in conjunction with other Catholic programs for sacramental preparation.
