The Alpha videos are exactly the same for all denominations and traditions! There is not a different set of videos for Catholic parishes.
However, for Alpha in a Catholic Context, the terminology to describe certain ideas may differ (eg. evangelization vs evangelism).
Alpha is not intended to be used for catechesis, rather it's an introduction to the Gospel message. Many parishes run Alpha at the beginning of RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) as an exploration phase.
When registering an Alpha course, please choose the Alpha Film Series (11 weeks) for adults or the Alpha Youth Series (8 weeks) for teens. Then choose "Catholic" for "specific context." Preview the videos here.
