1 - Add an estimate start date
If your start date is not confirmed yet, no problem! When you register your Alpha, you can add an estimate start date and choose not to publish it on the TryAlpha.ca website. You will have access to all the resources including the videos, promotional materials, etc. (Click here for info to register your course)

When your start date and details are confirmed, here is how to make these changes:
2 - To adjust your start date
Click on "Edit Alpha Details" at the top of your page and choose the correct date from the pop-up calendar.
3 - To publish your Alpha in the directory
Please click on "Edit Alpha Details" in the top corner of your course and scroll down. Checkmark the circle beside "This Alpha is public." This will add your Alpha to the directory on the tryalpha.ca page. (Alpha Youth courses are not added for safeguarding purposes.)
If a guest signs up, the Alpha Contact Person will receive an email from Alpha Canada with the Subject Line: "Someone is interested in attending your Alpha" with details in the email body. Please connect with the guest as soon as possible and send them more info (eg. address, parking info, or Zoom link, etc.).
If you choose to keep your Alpha private...
Some Alphas prefer to remain closed and by invitation only (eg. Home Alpha) while others are exclusive (eg. Prison Alpha). Click on the circle beside "This Alpha is private." Then click Save Changes.
If you decide NOT to run your Alpha...
Please delete your course so that our Alpha Coaches know who to follow up with or not. (Edit Alpha Details > "Delete this Alpha" at the bottom of the page) This will help us so much!
