If you've run Alpha before, why run it again?

1 - Alpha helps people explore and discover a relationship with Jesus.

31% of guests who took Alpha began or restored a relationship with Jesus Christ. Alpha is most effective when run continuously throughout the year so that Alpha guests can invite their friends and family to an upcoming Alpha right away. When guests have life-changing experiences, they want others to join an Alpha too!

2 - Alpha creates a safe space where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about Jesus. People are no longer asking “What do I believe?” but “Where do I belong?” Alpha is relational at its foundation.

3 - Alpha develops disciples and leaders.
In 2022, 56% of Alpha hosts & helpers said they came to faith on a previous Alpha! Alpha guests often decide to serve as helpers on the next Alpha, and over time, they become empowered to serve as Alpha table leaders. This discipleship model creates unity among different generations as they work together as a team, discover their spiritual gifts, and find a place to belong.

4 - Alpha rejuvenates church culture to become inviting communities.

Alpha helps churches create a culture of invitation, to invite people outside the church, for strangers to become friends. Christians are equipped and trained on how to have conversations about faith, life, Jesus. Churches are empowered for mission as they see God transforming lives.

Many churches running Alpha report church growth! Churches that run Alpha have seen the ripple effect of evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Many Alpha leaders also take on other leadership roles in their local church and community. More leaders help churches become sustainable and holistically healthy.
