Tax receipts for 2024 donations were sent via email on February 14, 2025.
You can also access your tax receipt PDF anytime by logging into your MyGiving account. (Here's how to log in.)
Look for the icon "Tax statements & history" in the top right corner to see your tax receipt:
2 - If you prefer a hard copy tax receipt
Please email us at donate@alphacanada.org and we would be happy to send you a tax receipt by mail. It may take up to 2 or 3 weeks for physical hardcopy mail to arrive.
3 - If you have questions about your tax receipt
Please email our team at donate@alphacanada.org if you have questions about your tax receipt. To help us look up your records, please include your name, mailing address, and email. We will follow up within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience.
4 - If you have general questions about donations
Please contact our Donor Care Team at donate@alphacanada.org if you have general questions about giving to Alpha Canada. We'd be happy to help you out.
To update your personal and credit card information:
Please log in: Giving Account login
(This is separate from your MyAlpha course registration login.)
When logged in, you can update your credit card info, mailing address, email address, phone number, and name for tax receipts if it is different from your MyGiving account name.
