1 - Please log in to your MyGiving account.
This is separate from your MyAlpha account. You can save this to your favourites or bookmark it for future use: MyGiving Log In
2 - Click on the first icon "View Profile."
Or click on your name to see the list of options and choose "View Profile."
3 - To change the amount, date or frequency of your donation
After clicking on your "View Profile" dashboard, you should see your recurring giving on the left side. Click on "Edit" in the top right corner.
Next, please click on the fields you would like to change (eg. click on "yearly" or $100 etc). A dropdown box or calendar will appear and you can choose from the options.
You can review your changes before saving them. You can also choose "Pause" by clicking the blue button at the top.
4 - To change your credit card information
Please click on the field you would like to change (eg. click on your current credit card number). You can add a new credit card or change to direct bank withdrawal. You can review your changes before saving them.
