1 - Digital tax receipt PDF
Tax receipts for 2025 donations will be sent out via email in February 2026. You can also access your tax receipt PDF anytime by logging into your MyGiving account. (Here's how to log in.)
Look for the icon "Tax statements & history" in the top right corner to see your tax receipt:
2 - Hardcopy tax receipt
If you prefer a physical, hardcopy receipt, please email our team at donate@alphacanada.org and we would be happy to send you a tax receipt by mail. It may take up to 2 or 3 weeks for physical hardcopy mail to arrive.
3 - Questions about your tax receipt
Please email our team at donate@alphacanada.org if you have questions about your tax receipt. To help us look up your records, please include your name, mailing address, and email. We will follow up within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience.
4 - General questions about donations

When logged in, you can update your credit card info, mailing address, email address, phone number, and name for tax receipts if it is different from your MyGiving account name.
