For donations to Alpha Staff -
1 - Please phone our office (1 800 743 0899) and press 2 to connect to our Giving Team. If no one picks up, please leave a message with your name and phone number, and someone will phone you within 24 hours.
2 - Please indicate how you'd like your donation designated (which staff member, region, project) and if you'd like to donate a one-time gift or an ongoing monthly gift.
3 - Provide our Staff Member with your credit card information (or banking info) and instructions regarding Alpha Staff designation.
4 - For monthly gifts, please let us know which date to make monthly withdrawals (either the 1st or 15th of each month).
Please note, all "double" campaigns and promotions only apply to General Funds (not to designations to specific regions, contexts, or staff members).
To make a donation to a specific region or department -
1 - Please log in to your Giving Account if you'd like to make a donation, change your contact info, update your credit card info, or see previous donations. This is different from your MyAlpha Account.
2 - If you forgot your password, please click on "Lost your password?" at the bottom of the log in page.
3 - Click on the secure "Donate" button on the left side. Use the dropdown box to see the list of specific designations. See screenshot below.
