1 - If you're not logged in
If you're not logged in and cannot remember your password, here are the steps:
1 - Please go to the MyAlpha "Forgot Password" page: click here
2 - Enter your email address and click Next.
3 - You will receive an email to "Reset Password" with a 6-digit code.
(email used below is only an example).
4 - Enter the 6-digit code from your email into the boxes and click Next.
5 - Create a new password with at least 8 characters and click Next.
Your password must include one number, symbol, and both upper & lowercase characters (example - John3:16).

2 - If you're already logged in
If you are logged in to MyAlpha and would like to change your password, please click on "My Account Settings" in the top right hand corner.
Scroll down to "Update my password" and enter your old password first, and then enter your new password.
