"Alpha in the Workplace" is a customized and contextualized way for people at work to have real conversations about life, faith, and Jesus with colleagues who are curious about spiritual things. Here are some steps to help you get started:
1 - Pray!
Ask God to guide you into this exciting opportunity to share hope and healing with your coworkers. Pray for at least one other coworker to join you. This will provide practical support, shared workload, and spiritual encouragement. Invite your pastor and/or church leaders to pray for and support this open door!
